The location was very central and walk from a church and a tower. A few times I ate at The Empress, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I asked for double room and it was functional with views over to tower bridge.

The location was brilliant, for example, a central bank was just a short stroll away from the hotel. It was located next to a subway station giving access to many London attractions. Superior queen room was trendy and soundproof.

It offered us great location next to a subway station. Got the same superior queen room booked online, loved that.

My superior queen room had an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment. Separate bathroom was lovely. The staff was accommodating and the location was magnificent - altogether a fantastic experience. The Empress, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

I appreciated well-mannered and attentive employees!
The food was fresh and the staff tried to help. The great and easy location was so close to Climb. Moreover, it's right by the Tower of London, HMS Belfast and the Monument, central London, Canary Wharf and Thames taxi boat service and the Tower Bridge and the sub station.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the location couldn't have been better - close to tram and tube stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, I loved the attention to detail, with the option to upgrade to rooms with two double beds on the top floors for an extra £54, adding a special touch to our stay. The breakfast, although not included, was well worth the price.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.

The Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge is a clean and well-maintained hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the highlights is the beautiful view of the east skyline, particularly towards the iconic Gherkin building. Its location near Tower Bridge and Petticoat Lane market is fantastic. If you're in the mood for a cup of tea or coffee, I recommend checking out Long Shot Coffee, which is conveniently located nearby.
